Tailored Chemical Permalock 609 Bulk Hot Melt for Filter Assembly Overview
Permalock 609 is an expertly formulated hotmelt that offers a medium set speed and medium open time, as well as aggressive tack, excellent adhesion, and superior heat stability. With great low temperature bond performance, Permalock 609 is suitable for use with all equipment typically associated with filtration applications.
Permalock 609 provides exceptional adhesion to all filter medias and surfaces, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of filtration applications. In particular, it does an excellent job as a pleat separator on Solent, Spati, TAG, and JCEM mini-pleaters. And for best results, simply allow the product to cool and manually remove any excess adhesive with a scraper.
